what is the age limit for eamcet 2012?
According to the notification given by JAWAHARLAL NEHRU TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY HYDERABAD, the age limit for eamcet 2012 is as follows:

For Engineering and Pharmacy courses:

Lower age limit: candidates should have completed 16 years of age, as on 31st December of the year of admission.
Lower age limit: There is no upper age limit

For B.Tech. (Dairy Technology), B.Tech. (Ag. Engineering), B.Tech. (FST) and B.Sc. (CA & BM)

Lower age limit: candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission.
Upper age limit:
For all candidates: 22 years for all the candidates as on 31st December of the year Admissions
For sc/st candidates: 25 years in respect of scheduled caste and scheduled tribe candidates as on 31st December of the year Admissions

For B.Sc. (Ag.) /B.Sc. (Hort.) /B.V.Sc. &A.H. /B.F.Sc. and for remaining 50% seats in B.Tech. (FST) /B.Sc. (CA &BM) Courses

Lower age limit: candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission.
Upper age limit:
For all candidates: 22 years for all the candidates as on 31st December of the year Admissions
For sc/st candidates: 25 years in respect of scheduled caste and scheduled tribe candidates as on 31st December of the year Admissions

For MBBS / BDS Courses
Lower age limit: candidates should have completed 17 years of age, as on 31st December of the year of admission.
Upper age limit: No details

For BAMS / BHMS Courses:
Lower age limit: candidates should have completed 17 years of age, as on 31st December of the year of admission.
Upper age limit: There is no upper age limit

For BNYS Courses:
Lower age limit: candidates should have completed 17 years of age, as on 31st December of the year of admission.
Upper age limit:
For all candidates: 22 years for all the candidates as on 31st December of the year Admissions
For sc/st candidates: 25 years in respect of scheduled caste and scheduled tribe candidates as on 31st December of the year Admissions

For B. Pharmacy Course: (Remaining 50 % of the seats)
Lower age limit: candidates should have completed 16 years of age, as on 31st December of the year of admission.
Lower age limit: There is no upper age limit

For Pharm –D Course (50% seats for M.P.C and 50% seats for Bi.P.C candidates)
Lower age limit: candidates should have completed 17 years of age, as on 31st December of the year of admission.
Upper age limit: No details
